Ingredients:
- 300g beef sirloin, cut into strips
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 500g potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Boil the quartered potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
- While the potatoes are boiling, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Add the beef strips to the pan and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
