Ingredients:

  • 2 lamb chops (about 200g each)
  • 4 medium potatoes (about 150g each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  • Coat the potatoes with the olive oil mixture, ensuring the oil gets into the cuts.
